Under normal circumstances, Return & Refund of product is not available excepts:

If any product proves to have been delivered or provided for pick-up in a damaged condition, expired, omitted in the delivery/pick-up, or if a wrong product is delivered/ provided for pick-up. Please login to [My account>order history] for Return & Refund request within 14 days of receipt of the delivery or pick-up.

Girth: Regular fit (54mm +/2mm）
Lubrication: Extra Silicone Lube

Material: Durex Waterborne PU
Thinner* – Condom made with High Elongation Waterborne PU and thinner*. Being more sensitive to your partner’s body temperature.
Transparent without flavour – Comfortable usage experience.

Wearing: Straightwalled design, teat ended and smooth
Packaging: Easy to get it on the right first time. The front of the condom is shown once open
100% of condoms are electronically tested

^ Durex 003 condom is measured the thinnest in average thickness, when compared with 7 003 condom products in the market. Condom thickness is determined according to ISO 4074:2015 and ISO23409:2011 appendix F using micrometer method. Reckitt Data on File 2023.
